We are seeking Recruitment Specialist who will support all recruitment projects for Central Europe with main focus on Poland. Recruitment Specialist will provide full life cycle recruiting support, from recruitment requisition through candidates’ screening, conducting the interviews, assessment to converting an offer to acceptance. As Recruitment Specialist you should build and manage relationship with internal clients and acquire the best talent available (aligned with business needs). This individual will maintain all assigned requisitions in the recruitment system and is expected to provide quality candidates in a timely fashion. In addition, the Recruitment Specialist is required to be proactive in his/her talent search methods in order to provide clients with a highly qualified candidate slate. The scope of Recruiter’s responsibilities includes also work on special projects to improve operational effectiveness and develop cost-effective, efficient and creative recruitment strategy. The person will also support other activities, i.e. provide onboarding training to the newcomers. Our expectations towards candidates: min. 2 years of professional experience as the recruiter in an international organisation proven ability in building successful candidate pipeline, especially for Shared Service Centre environment knowledge and skills required to understand the business needs and adjust those to the labour market knowledge about the Polish labour law experience in building the relationship with different stakeholders fluent command of English language required knowledge of German language is considered as the strong plus experience in working with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Taleo) university degree required high interests in Human Resources area ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and confidential situations with ease and professionalism strong customer focus and interpersonal skills excellent communication skills ability to work independently and manage time effectively proactive approach and ‘can-do’ attitude BD offers: replacement employment contract (for limited period of time) competitive compensation and motivation system great benefit package (e.g. health insurance, medical care, lunch vouchers, sport / entertainment bonus) unique experience in participating in start-up and opportunity for professional growth challenging and rewarding work with a dynamic, international team occasional travel within Europe ...
