We focus on sourcing best candidates for financial positions in order to support our Clients representing various branches, including financial services and shared service centres.For our Client : organization delivering common, non PD specific, HR professional & administrative services to employees located across the Europe, we are looking to recruit: regional process specialist / quality assurance Ref. no: 14898Permanent jobLocation: Piła Responsibilities:proactively manage and maintain the process governance framework across all countriesresponsible for the execution of the localization approach and local for local processes including communications to Country Account Managersact as a guidance and support function to country teams for process specific activitiesregional tracking of progress of localized and local for local processes changes, risk and issue escalationsampling the standard and consistency of the work delivered out of the country teamscoordinate and facilitate the execution of Run & Maintain processes with countriesensure proper information flow between country, region and globalproactively drive for process improvements towards a harmonized process modelensure teams work according to agreed and documented proceduresResponsible for building a regional customer oriented service organizationdefine and measure KPI to continuously improve regional service deliverycontinuously improve on service quality, analyze NPS results and lead improvement projects to increase customer satisfactionidentify Critical to Quality characteristics and key drivers impacting the NPS resultlead the compliance / privacy related topics within the region Requirements:5+ years of experience in A brand company preferably in HRfluency in English essentialgood knowledge of other language is an additional assetgraduate with Bachelor or equivalent degreeknowledge and understanding of HR processes and policiesexperience in (HR) Shared Services Centre / Virtual Teams is pre-requisite for this roleanalytical / structural problem solving approachknowledge in process mappingproject management & change management experienceteam player, able to work in the matrix organizationvery good communication skillsdemonstrated commercial awarenesspositive and proactive attitude, with resilience under pressure, comfortable operating with a high level of ambiguity and in environment undergoing significant changeable to quickly identify cross-functional synergies and dependencies with complex matrix organizations and effectively deliver improved services and solutions.
