We are seeking Customer Chat Representative who will support our customers with product specific questions. The focus of this position will be receiving, registering & following up customer’s support requests, in line with a standardized, high performing servicing process, building a strong relationship with the internal Customer Service / Scientific Support Organization. Within the scope of your responsibilities will be responding to general support questions through chat. You will ensure that all requests are logged, updated and followed up in the systems. Customer Chat Representative will also work efficiently to reach department objectives by following the appropriate processes / systems for day-to-day tasks and escalation.
