Provide daily operation & maintenance support to WW HP.com web sites and social media / mobile assets. Ensure all web tasks are delivered/performed adhering to HP Web Standards and Policies. Must acquire in-depth knowledge of various HP templates, process & publishing tool operations, and apply in daily assignment in order to optimize the efficiency & productivity, timely delivery and quality manner. Main Responsibilities: HP.com Website maintenance including creation, development, modification, publishing and retiring outdated content Social Media & Mobile Assets maintenance Image & banner production, publishing & housekeeping Marcom/Vanity URL Management Jump ID Creation, QR Code Creation, HP Recommends maintenance and Media Asset Publishing Pick-up and complete Maintenance tickets within committed turnaround time, making sure that work is processed in adherence to the instructions, guidelines and HP standards.
