We are seeking HR Associate Service Center Team Coordinator who will be responsible for HR transition and operational processes for UK, Ireland and Nordics. The Team Coordinator will lead a small team (ca. 4 people) with the option to grow and increase the scope. Our expectations towards candidates: Minimum 3 years of professional experience (preferably in SSC environment), including at least 1 year in a Human Resources area, Experience in leading (small) teams will be considered as strong advantage, Experience in transitioning processes and/or preparing process documentation, Fluent command of English required, Knowledge of any other European language will be a strong asset, Strong in project management, compliance and continuous improvement, People leadership competencies, Very good analytical, numerical and communication skills, Strong in influencing, team-working and collaborating with others remotely, Familiarity with MS Excel; SAP is a plus.
