Key responsibilities include: You will be working alongside a team of Accenture and HR professionals being involved in HR activities; The HR activities include: recruitment or HR admin or Compensation& Benefits or HR applications; You will be working closely with HR people, employees or candidates from German or French speaking countries. Requirements: University graduate or student; Max 2 years work experience – no experience is also welcomed!; Very good knowledge of German or French and English; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Customer service skills; Communication & interpersonal skills; Team player; Strong motivation to work with Human Resources processes.
